Prosciutto Wrapped String Cheese

Serves 2

Prosciutto wrapped string cheese are perfect for hiking and road trips because they provide a quick boost of energy. Plus, they are very easy to make! Try serving them with sprinkled basil leaves on top!

Ingredients

2 part-skim mozzarella string cheese
2 thin slices prosciutto
1 teaspoon roughly chopped basil leaves (optional)

Directions

Wrap each string cheese with a thin slice of prosciutto. Serve by sprinkling the basil leaves on top (optional).
