Garlicky Basil Mayonnaise Spread

Who ever said mayonnaise had to be a bad thing? Hellmann’s Canola Cholesterol Free mayonnaise has no saturated or trans fat and is loaded with omega-3. This sandwich spread has a bold garlic flavor that adds depth and a gourmet touch to any burger or sandwich. I highly recommend using it in your tomato sandwiches. Delish!
Ingredients
3 tablespoons canola mayonnaise (I suggest Hellmann's Canola Cholesterol Free Mayonnaise)
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 ½ teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Directions
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, dried basil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and extra virgin olive oil. Spread the basil mayonnaise on your favorite sandwiches, burgers or subs.
You can use it immediately or you can let it refrigerate overnight.
